Flea Market in Oslo

The flea markets go on in Oslo, Norway, even during winter time.

Traditions

I was at the Norwegian museum "Norsk folkemuseum" and took some photos. The museum is basically outdoor, consisting of lots of old Norwegian houses, including old Norwegian churches and small cottages.

This is (part of) one of them. An old window, probably very stylish and the house wife's pride at a point in time.

With the reflection of autumn coloured trees, it is still beautiful in its own way.

The ducking duckling

I saw this duckling today.

His mother taught him how to duck. He was a very apt student.

And very cute...

Beauty

More beautiful flowers, luckily not tended by myself... Taken in the flower garden in Oslo called Botanisk Hage.

Reluctant model

My darling cat does not like my Canon 5D. It's noisy and big, she thinks.

She's a very reluctant model sometimes.

Too polite and kind to hiss and leave, but clearly demonstrates the point with her body language with ears and eyes.

iPhone

Instead of buying a new iPod and getting my wierd behaving Nokia-cell phone replaced at work: I purchased my own iPhone.

Just need to use the wireless instead of the 3G...

Isn't it just the most stylish phone?

Flowers

I love flowers.

I don't understand them. And I am not able to keep them alive.

But I think they're beautiful.

And I can capture them with my camera.

Flowers in a picture never die.

Mountains

I've been to the West coast of Norway, and took this picture.

But it cannot bring justice to the beauty of the mountains and fjords...
